Career Highlights: Commonwealth Games 2014, Welsh 200m breastroke record holder 2016.
Working with Niall whilst at university was a turning point in my swimming career, the massive improvement I saw in my strength helped improve my starts and turns as well as my general speed. This lead me to swim personal best times after only a short time of working with him. Niall was the first strength and conditioning coach I worked with and I continue to build on the skills he taught me today in my everyday training programme and in my races.
